“I wasn't sure if I could replace my 40 year old 5 lever Chubb mortice lock like for like so I didn't have to carry out major surgery on my door to get a replacement to fit. A ten minute phone call to one of your knowledgeable and pleasant staff ensured the new lock fitted with minimal work so I'm more than happy I chose your company to order from. “A windows and doors maintenance man said he couldn't supply new hinges for my front door. I got them from doorfit, and while they didn't look exactly the same, they fitted a treat. I ended up doing it myself.”

“This is the first time I have purchased from Doorfit. The online process was easy to use and the product range was great. I purchased my items, paid for them and received my confirmation with a 2 to 4 day delivery window. I had to contact Doorfit after waiting 7 days with no contact from doorfit to see why I had not received my goods. I was advised that it would be a few more days before I got my delivery as the goods were not in stock. When the goods finally arrived they were very well packed and great quality. I understand that stocks can run out but it's good management to advise customers as to why their goods are not being delivered within the window given. It would have been a 5 star but for this lack of customer focus... Colin McAfee”
