“Poor quality, really not impressed, used them before at my old employer but personally bought these as they were decent before, but after trying 4 and 3 not working as they should even before being put in the window sash, i would like a refund, please contact on 07941765739”

“HI i wasnt aware i had to pay duty on the closer i could of goten it cheaper here in ireland if i added in the duty costs. I didnt see the sms message until a few days later so i actually still dont have it in my hand.”

“Recently ordered a new lock and when it came i found the catch wasn't the right way. I phoned up to see if there was a left and right fitting and the chap i spoke to was excellent ad talked me through on the phone how to change it around!! Very rare these days that you get people so dedicated to their job and actually have time for customers. Can't thank them enough . Would definitely recommend them!!”
