“HI i wasnt aware i had to pay duty on the closer i could of goten it cheaper here in ireland if i added in the duty costs. I didnt see the sms message until a few days later so i actually still dont have it in my hand.”

“Recently ordered a new lock and when it came i found the catch wasn't the right way. I phoned up to see if there was a left and right fitting and the chap i spoke to was excellent ad talked me through on the phone how to change it around!! Very rare these days that you get people so dedicated to their job and actually have time for customers. Can't thank them enough . Would definitely recommend them!!”

“I rang to ask for advice on some hinges that I had trouble getting. I sent photos and was advised which hinges to get. They came within 2 days and were well packaged. Hinges now fitted and working perfectly. Very happy with the help I received.”
