“Hinge was good as described ,but postage was terrible .According to the sales advice it shoulod have landed on the tuesday it didnt arrive until the friday ! it was posted second class parcelforce .”

Dear Marie, We've investigated and found that the Courier has returned the goods to us because the customs duty (to Ireland) was unpaid. The courier company says they sent 2 emails requesting payment but did not receive a reply. We will contact you privately to discuss available options. Kind regards Robert

“Had a problem with my roller shutters door, which by the way is amazing. A gentleman called Aton with his buddy (didn't get his name) were absolutely brilliant. They orted the problem without any fuss, much to my relief. 5 star servicec”

“An easy to navigate website with a large selection of products. We bought new window handles at a very affordable price. Delivery took a couple of days longer than quoted but that was probably down to the courier company. Would highly recommend.”
