“The attention and service I received was good but the product supplied was very poor. So poor in fact that I have been unable to use it and am now trying to find a suitable replacement.”

“I found that the photograph showing the item was a generic one and did not show the correct handing for the lock. It also showed a different design. Phoned the company and they sorted out instantly. Hope they get their IT guy to get the correct pictures to go with the item or they will get a lot of returns. Otherwise service was spot on.”
