“Would have been nice if the coach bolts supplied with the lock had fitted thru the holes in the door - the square shank too!!”

“Being able to select a northern ireland postal address would help. The closest I could get was UK mainland (as postal rates are the same). The address that you put on was Bangor Wales. But your courier was on the ball with the BT19 code and the package arrived within a couple of days after the order.”

“Placed 2 orders in a matter of days. Excellent service from the ironmongery department spoke to 2 different people there both very helpful - parts arrived within a couple of days. Lady who 1st answers the 'phone before being put through was a bit frosty though.”

“I purchased some Virage EBC40 window handles and are excellent. I also purchased Mila 030889 Espagnolette window locks, but after ordering them you told me they were no longer available, but you could provide alternatives. The alternatives are of good quality and I am happy with them, but the original Mila 030889 is 750mm long and your alternative is 800mm long - in my case this didn't matter but if my window was narrower it may have been significant. Delivery was in the forecast time frame. I would use Doorfit gain if I need more window parts.”
