“Poor customer service I must say I'm shocked about ZERO customer service. We purchased dog travel carrier. Unfortunately this breed can't fly and I sended 3 times emails, messages to customer service, rang number on FB, text by messenger and nothing. Please avoid this online store!! Easy to take money.... last email I send on 7th March.”
