“Heavy duty means the bars are thicker than all the others for a similar price for the top quality ones -you can get cheaper but you get what you pay for+ fast delivery as well(for the heavy duty dog cages) But the company has a very wide selection of all things for dogs”

“Ordered something for my dog but the dimensions of the item I got a compared to the dimensions online were completely wrong. I contacted them to let them know but they were completely uninterested. Said I could sort out a return myself. No apology or offer of trying to help rectify the situation even though it was their mistake. With customer service like that I would advise you to avoid this company and shop elsewhere.”
