“I have used Rogz collars many times however was disappointed that I had to return this one as the metal ring for lead attachment as seen on website was not what arrived. In my opinion it was an inferior loop as you can see on the photo uploaded. Should ve as advertised.”

“Delivery very late. Little help was offered via customer service after emailing, the explanation provided was simply that delivery times vary- no offer of tracking or return of delivery charge, which wasn't cheap. Would have been helpful to have more accurate delivery estimates in the run up to Christmas- as obviously this information is what customers choose their delivery option based on. Disappointing delivery and customer service response.”

“Delivery arrived missing a bag of food and the one that arrived was open and the box destroyed due to courier. I made contact straight away and with in an hour I had a reply and full refund in my account next day, as product was now unavailable.Great service just a shame the courier was careless. I will order again when needed as had to purchase else where.”

“I was very disappointed with this. Our last Dynavet collar from Doggie Solutions lasted us nearly ten years of excellent service. This one seems to have a range of 30 metres instead of 300 metres and it dies after two squirts. Doggie Solutions say I can send it back for repair but it took nearly two weeks to get here because of the postal strikes and I'm sure it will now be a month before I get this fixed or replaced.”
