I had an Iphone 13 pro max (358226365330686) unlocked from AT&T USA on Express Unlocks. To be very honest I was very suspicious at first on purchasing this unlock online and had no idea whether it would work or not. But to my surprise it was an excellent service. The method was quite simple with very clear instructions on what to do. There are no hidden charges and real time progress is being shared as well. It is quite cheap related to the vendors unlocking phones in the market. Its a real value to the money. It only took me around 36 hours to get my phone unlocked to all the networks hassle free that too over the air while sitting comfortably at home. They provide you with the service of checking as to which network your phone is locked to if you’re not sure. Overall I would say it was a wonderful experience and I would definitely recommend it to anyone trying to get a phone unlocked. 10/10 from my side to their services.

Few months before I requested to unlock my Apple iPhone 14 Pro Max IMEI: 357730388889314. I guess my phone is unlocked now. But my phone use to heat up often. Can it be solved?

Do not use, they charge £60 when you can get it unlocked for free through the company the phone is locked to. It makes it seem like it only cost £11.99 and then they charge you a further £48!!! Scam service

The only reason I didn't give 5 star is because it takes a bit longer to unlock the phone beside that the person who helped me was really nice guy. one thing i want to add if you guys can make time ajustment to communicate with the agent it'll be much easier to make the unlock faster.

I will never use them and don't recommend them at all. After I paid three times and communicated with on numerous occasions that the codes they gave me didn't work and guess what they asked for more money to send more codes.i then just went to a local mobile shop who supplied me two codes that unlocked my phone straight away.the last two codes directunlocks supplied o e was tge same as in the local mobile shop the second was different ,so I paid direct unlocks £11.99 then £26.99 then they asked for a further £20 and still my phone was not unlocked .I got fed up with them and their dishonest behaviour. Go to your local shop to do it I say.

La comunicación es pésima, nunca responden preguntas sobre los procesos, mi desbloqueo tardó mas de dos meses, realicé cinco preguntas sobre el proceso y a la fecha ninguna fué respondida. The communication is terrible, they never answer questions about the processes, my unblocking took more than two months, I asked five questions about the process and to date none have been answered.

Direct unlock has had money owed to me for months now after not unlocking my phone, but I am unable to access it. They also have not responded to any of the myriad of emails I’ve sent them regarding this refund. I do not recommend their services to anyone.

They were so helpful! I was literally able to unlock my phone in under an hour. Very few things that you need to do in order to get it unlocked so it was perfect. Better than standing in line in a shop.

my thoughts on Direct Unlocks Start with the thing everyone wants to know most, price. the price was reasonable, the only part of the price i wasnt happy with was the pay this part now and then a second fee comes up after the chacks have been done, i understand its easier to work this way so if its not unlockable theres no refund but feels like a hidden fee, please include all pricing on the website. the price is still a good price. Timing. the checks took longer than expected but after the checks where done and i payed the unlock fee the phone was unlocked and fully functional quickly. no complaint about the timing. Customer service. i had to email about a query and the responce was with me with in the hour, this was a proper responce and not a automated responce so relitivly happy with the customer service Would i use again. Yes it does everything written on the box, unlocked the phone at a reasonable price, i dont need anything more than that and im happy with the speed and price
