If your phone never prompted for an unlock code when you put in an incompatible SIM, our T&C note that: "An Android device is only able to be unlocked via a code if the device asks for an unlock code when an incompatible sim card is placed in the device."
Tell me:
- Did the phone show a code prompt when you inserted an incompatible SIM?
- If it did and the codes failed, please send a clear photo/video of the prompt/error and Iāll escalate to our technician immediately.
- If it didnāt prompt, we can arrange a Remote USB unlock (available for Samsung) and Iāll explain options.
