Excelente servicio, confiable y rápido. Cumplen con lo que prometen. Tuve miedo ya que me dijeron que estos servicios son fraudulentos, sin embargo desde un principio me enviaron un correo con información clara y precisa. Y en 3 horas obtuve mi código y pude desbloquear mi SIM sin ningun problema.

Thanks to direct unlocks I am now able to access and use a iPhone 15plus that we were previously unable access because it was locked to another carrier. Within a few seconds Direct access had the phone unlocked!! Great outcome Awesome service. Highly recommend

Estuvo bueno el servicio, el tiempo en espera es casi nulo, le daré 3 estrellas por la poca comunicación de decir que son $50 extra que hay q pagar para el desbloqueo

Estos cargos son necesarios para cubrir los costos descritos durante el proceso de pago, y cada paso se menciona claramente antes de finalizar la compra. Since I received my unlock code my device is not asking me for unlock code I try getting help from live support service from direct unlock through text messages but I could not get any way forward to my problems fixing with my device one plus G20 not asking me for unlock code, please I will help soon as possible thanks.

It took quite a while, which I blame on the provider that had the SIM ME lock enabled in the first place. They do provide a website to get the unlock codes free of charge, I applied, no reaction. Called the provider, talked to some tech guy, we call you back ... still waiting for them to call. Finally got the unlock code today from Direct Unlocks, after some days ago they messaged me that they can't provide the codes. So, twice as happy now. Got the unlock code, it worked flawlessly. Money well spent? Hard to say ... purchased the locked phone second hand for little money. But it was useless to me while locked. So, now at least it isn't.
