“We had a Samsung S10 that needed unlocking to replace another that had stopped working. There were complications getting the codes from Vodafone as the phone was purchased through a reseller and not from Vodafone direct. Direct Unlocks sent an update to explain the situation, and to inform they’d requested codes from Samsung which would cause a delay. They delivered within the agreed time and everything’s working well. Overall I’m happy with the service and would recommend the company to anyone looking to get a phone unlocked online.”

A total scam they charge $15 to find out if your phone can be unlocked and then they charge $50 to unlock your phone. I currently have a dispute with them. My phone did NOT get unlocked after I paid the $65 total bill total scam.”
