“I have an iPhone 15+ and I made a payment of US$78 to unlock my phone with them however they told me that my unlocked was at 99% and I should wait I wait and wait. I wait over the 7 days and couple hours that they said that it would take to unlock my phone it Has been 15 days and my phone is still not unlocked. However I reach out to them multiple times one times they told me to wait 24 hours wait 24 hours did not unlock when I reach back to them. They told me to wait another eight hours when I wait eight hours and I reach out back to them. They blocked me from sending any messages in the lives support chat and they stop answering my emails , they stop replying to me and my phone is still not unlocked after being waiting 15 days almost 17 days for my phone to be unlocked. And when I say they I mean (Anna)Direct unlock is a scam and they have fake reviews under there page and they shall be sued and I am going to go above and beyond to go on every platform and and write reviews that they are scammers and if that does not allow my phone to be unlocked. I will reach out to my lawyer and have my lawyer help me sue direct unlocked. Its a scam and you people should not do that because people have kids I have a daughter that is one year old and you take my $78 was saying that you’re going to unlock my phone how do y’all feel knowing that my one year could be suffering from the fact that you scam me you guys are total scammer and I need my phone to be unlocked or my money back today”
