“We recently purchased a multifuel stove and really happy with it. Unfortunately when we received our order a part was missing however after contacting Direct Stoves they provided a replacement part within 2 days. Delivery was free and really quick, well packaged and brought in as far as possible. When we placed our order we didn’t get a confirmation email detailing my order which I would have preferred, this ofcourse doesn’t impact at all however not having this and my order not showing on my account made things more difficult when trying to confirm our order with the installer, again this doesn’t impact on the items purchased in anyway it’s just little details I think would improve the experience. Everything considered we would absolutely recommend Direct Stoves and will use again in the future”

“Excellent service ! Very helpful enquiring about delivery. Quick delivery of stove all carefully packaged and all quality assured and inspected before dispatch . “I placed the order online with no bother at all, all very straight forward. The company kept me informed about delivery, which again went smoothly. “Cannot fault this company, I bought a Buschbeck Bbq from them, they answered all my questions before I purchased it and they moved my delivery date without any issues, I did have a problem with the grill but they arranged for a replacement within two days.Excellent customer service”

“We bought this stove to replace an old damaged one we had to remove. The design is very minimalist with great and easy to use functionality. While using the stove to test it I got my living room up to 35 degrees with one log. Beautiful craftsmanship and care have gone into the design and build.”

“I purchased a Masterbuilt Gravity 1150 unit that was delivered on time and is a good product. Unfortunately there was a broken firebrick discovered on the unpacking and assembly but I cannot thank the excellent work by the staff at Direct Stoves enough who quickly and simply chased down a warranty claim for me so that replacement parts were sent - excellent work by all at Direct Stoves...”
