“Arrived on time and nicely crated up. Very fast on delivery and a great customer service with advice and making the purchase smooth. Plenty of good technical advice on me getting the right stove. Very easy installation, my wife loves the nice clean lines of the stove. Just love it. Highly recommend.”

“Easy to navigate site. Plenty of choice. The only reason I'm not giving a 5 is because the carrier they chose to use charge £75 if you want the fire brought in to the house. My parents chose free delivery as they are on a tight budget and the driver left the fire outside in the rain. It was 3 hours before we could finish work and take it indoors. It was upsetting. That said, the fire is in and looks lovely. They love it and it's had many compliments from neighbours who are also shocked it was left on the doorstep. Just something to think of to add £75 on each price if you want it over the front step.”

“Ordering of the stove not a problem. Had an issue with delivery which resulted in me have to do a 3 hour round trip to pick it up from the couriers warehouse myself at my own expense.”

“Very pleased with all aspects of purchase and delivery. Helpful and friendly on the phone , and efficient and speedy delivery of our electric stove . We are thrilled with the stove itself ( Celsi Rochester) which looks like a real wood burner .”

“Absolutely brilliant stove. Took delivery of our MI stove a couple of months ago and had it installed but was only in the last few days we had call to use it. It lit easily and kept going - the glass stayed totally clear. Last log was put in at around 5pm as we moved to another room with a different woodburner for the evening. Next morning came down and was thinking of clearing it out but there were still glowing embers - absolutely brilliant 5kw burner Direct Stives arranged for delivery on the day we wanted ie the day before the fitters arrived - really helpful.”
