“Very pleased with all aspects of purchase and delivery. Helpful and friendly on the phone , and efficient and speedy delivery of our electric stove . We are thrilled with the stove itself ( Celsi Rochester) which looks like a real wood burner .”

“Absolutely brilliant stove. Took delivery of our MI stove a couple of months ago and had it installed but was only in the last few days we had call to use it. It lit easily and kept going - the glass stayed totally clear. Last log was put in at around 5pm as we moved to another room with a different woodburner for the evening. Next morning came down and was thinking of clearing it out but there were still glowing embers - absolutely brilliant 5kw burner Direct Stives arranged for delivery on the day we wanted ie the day before the fitters arrived - really helpful.”

“Direct Stoves I found is an excellent company to deal with I was able to make a very easy telephone purchase of a free standing electric stove which is excellent.The free delivery service was also first class as the purchase price of the deal was the best I could find on line.”

“We bought a multi fuel burner from direct stoves, excellent purchase but communication between staff is very poor. Delivery was due on a Tuesday but arrived on the Monday, luckily someone was a home. They say door delivery, but it isn’t ours was left on the driveway.”

Hi Lesley, Thank you very much for your feedback. We're sorry to hear of the issues experienced with this order. Our one-man delivery does specify that: "The drivers are contracted to deliver the item to your property and must use a pallet truck to lift/move the goods which are normally quite heavy and can be up to 1mtr wide (occasionally larger). If they cannot operate the pallet truck safely due to gravel/stone drives, steps, or slopes as examples they will only be able to leave the item at the first available access point. They will try to assist as best they can but can only stay at each property for a limited period. They cannot bring the goods inside your house and will leave the goods with you on the delivery pallet." If the driver does not feel that they are able to safely transport the pallet delivery to the front door then unfortunately they must leave the goods at the closest access point. Similarly, while we do apologise for the confusion regarding delivery, ultimately any delivery dates requested are not 100% guaranteed. Rescheduling through our shipping partner should have been fully communicated by said partner and we would still apologise on their behalf for the inconvenience. “Just installed our 7.5kw Opus Harmony multi-fuel stove & log store complete with twin wall flue kit. Really heavy stove, so much care was needed to install but looks amazing.”

“First things first - the logs are good, happy with the price BUT having waited all day for delivery on the agreed date I phoned the courier (Palletline) and was told that the logs had not been loaded for delivery as they would put the van overweight. Nobody considered contacting me to tell me and save a wasted day! Delivery was agreed for the following Tuesday as I was going to be out on the following Monday, guess what - yep the logs were delivered Monday. Luckily my wife arrived home just in time and the day was saved. So- good product but rubbish logistics which is a shame”
