Thank you - the fireplace we bought is absolutely lovely - better than expected. The staff at Direct Fireplaces were really helpful and responded to any questions promptly. I was disappointed in the delivery service which did not arrive on the arranged day and no phonecall or contact from them letting us know that they were not coming. However, when I contacted Direct Fireplaces directly it was dealt with straight away. I would be happy to buy from Direct Fireplaces again.

Very pleased with Direct Fireplaces. Ordered and delivered 2 days later. The electric fire both looks good and is easy to use with the remote.

Very disappointed with direct fireplaces overall. We ordered a fireplace and fire. The fireplace arrived with no hearth and backplate. The fire was delivered to the wrong address. Pretty poor really when spending nearly £1500.

My fire place still haven’t been delivered and it’s ready for over 3 weeks . I paid £75 for 2 man delivery but getting dictated when I should be at home as they only deliver Tuesdays and Thursdays to my area apparently which is absolutely unacceptable ! I paid £1k for the fire place ,£75 for delivery but no body cares. Company’s like yours seems like think that peoples money grows on the trees ! The worse service ever experienced !!!

We can see that our two-man courier had provided options for delivery dates but given the very high demand for this service at present, they are not always able to book in for your first choice of date if drivers are all already occupied. The fire place itself is beautiful and had many compliments, I haven't tried the actual heating as of yet. Reason I have gave 3 stars communication was not great on delivery. Website states 5 - 7 days I understand that delays can happen it takes about 4 weeks so a bit of communication would of been good A word of advise stop false advertising delivery time and amend on your website to 4 - 5 weeks then if its delivered earlier would have been impressed, as it took approximately 4 weeks I wasn't too impressed

On this occasion, there appears to have been a delay insofar as our supplier booking the suite in for shipment. you failed to notify me on the day whether or not the product was to be delivered, having issued a warning that delivery may be delayed and that it would be wrong to arrange a fitter in anticipation of the proposed delivery date. in the event, we missed the delivery men and made a complaint to the company.

Was delivered broken then none in stock just refunded my money. No option to wait I even asked for a price to take it as it is and have it repaired they didn’t get back to me. Sorry guys really disappointed team are friendly

First contact with Direct Fireplaces good. Prompt delivery. Very disappointed finish. Brass surround, top joint one side of seam not flush, raised and sharp. I am elderly, on my own. Cannot afford plumber to send back and reinstall. Fault should have been rectified on inspection before sending for sale.

I purchased a Celsi 16" XD Mk2 Inset Electric Fire to replace a redundant gas fire. Ordering online was easy, and the description of the unit was clear and comprehensive. Delivery was within the time stated and the protective packaging for the fire was extremely effective. The fitting instructions were clear, and the unit was installed without major alterations being required. The controls for the unit included remote, programmable operation which we have not used. The controls on the side of the fire are adequate for our needs. The fire has transformed the mood of the room, and the log effect with a variable flame control is very effective. A minor criticism is that the 'logs' are quite small and are more twig than log. Nevertheless, we are delighted with the product which was competitively priced and and recommend the excellent services of Direct Fireplaces unreservedly to any future customer.
