“My new fireplace looks lovely and the quality is excellent, not sure where the company gets the £450 fitting fee from though, seems a bit steep for an hour’s work.”

Once ordered all communication was thorough and informative and the delivery of the product actually happened earlier than was planned! A great buying experience that I would recommend to anyone looking to purchase a quality electric fire or associated accessories!”

“Great service from Andy at direct fireplaces Bromsgrove, took delivery at the branch and inspected fireplace, kept in store until we were ready to take delivery and the delivered to the room as I was unable to move myself. Will definitely recommend to friends.”
