“Unfortunately we had to return the gas fire we purchased as wasn't suitable but fitters returned it to shop and refund was transferred to my account in no time I can really recommend I certainly will use again when I can sort out the problem good customer service”

“Quick and efficient service. There was a problem with a part of the fire. Spoke to a gentleman in customer service, he was very polite and helpful. Everything was sorted out and received the part in a couple of days.”

“The website was easy to use. The staff were very helpful and friendly with iseful advice and they know their stock! Ordering was easy and the fire arrived by National courier a week later. Unfortunately they didn’t have an installer in my area but I found a good one who I will recommend to them”

“I found Direct Fireplaces very efficient to work with. I ordered my fire by email - by providing photographs of what I required. They were very helpful and gave recommendations within my price range. They then arranged my finance as requested and for an Engineer to come out to fit the fireplace. Which they did on time on the day I requested. They were also very helpful. I would definitely recommend them.”
