The fire now installed is just what we wanted and produces enough heat for our room. We are delighted with the appearance and performance of the inset fireplace.
I was disappointed at the delivery time, which was stated on the web page as 3-5 days, actually was 13 days and with no explanation it came in two packages on different days. The fire being replaced had ceased to function so the delay was most inconvenient.
