“We placed an order with Direct Fireplaces for a marble fire surround and gas fire. The shop were very helpful, they took on requirements and showed us a number of solutions that we could choose from. We made a decision and the products were ordered. Three weeks later the products arrived with to very pleasant fitters. The completed job is fantastic, no hassle and no mess. It has been a very good experience dealing with the company.”

“The LPG replacement burner was ordered and paid for some weeks ago, due it insufficient information being given to Nu-flame the burner was wrong even though the older "unused" burner was given to your store to get coppied. We are now desperately waiting further infornation on delivery . Please help. David Newman”

“We are super delighted with our new fireplace from your company, it took us a while to find the right one for our l iving room, but we're thrilled with our choice, and it looks great in our room. Darren the installer was really efficient and installed the fireplace and the gas fire to our complete satisfaction. It could be a bit easier to contact your Bromsgrove showroom on the telephone as sometimes no-one answers the phone, but we got there in the end and everyone was very helpful.”

“Very good , i called direct to check that i had my order correct before paying , very helpfull sales rep who sent me a video of the fireplace i was ordering. Delivery was ontime , well packaged.on a pallet. I was emailed basic fitting instructions after i called the office, all in all we are very impressed and the fireplace looks supperb.”

“I was given good information by the salesman in the store which led to me purchasing the electric fire. Being just after Christmas (January) there was 20% discount of the retail price which is always a bonus. I was told the fire was in stock but when I got home I'd received an email saying it was not in stock and there would be an approximate six week delay in delivery. I did find this annoying but not a showstopper. The fire did arrive approximately six weeks later and was fitted promptly by myself. It's now been installed one week and so far I'm very pleased with it. Apart from the fire not being in stock as I was first advised Direct Firesplaces have kept me in the communication loop and was delivered on the day they said it would be.”

“The electric fire is operating to my satisfaction when manually operated, However, the remote control worked intermittently for a couple of days. I suspect the battery is flat, but I am unable to open it to replace the battery. I have not yet had the chance to revisit the company and will do so asap.”
