“I am delighted with my duvet cover and pc set. Haven’t washed it yet but it is beautifully made if a little expensive but I a tempted to buy another! Lovely quality.”

“Nice towels but they have started fraying after just 9 months. When I emailed the company a very friendly person told me that as the towels are 9 months old they can not accept responsibility. I persevered and they told me to send them in for a review. A few days later the same towels were returned to me with the comment that they look they have been caught on something - this is two towels both fraying at the hemline by the way- and offering me a 15% discount on replacement towels! I find it extraordinary. I've got cheap towels bought from supermarkets and charity shops that have withstood the same amount of washing as these, for which I paid £35 a piece. I dont think much of this company policy and I dont think I'll be spending another £70 sorry £61.50 replacing these ones.”

“I haven't used the items I bought yet, but the quality of the fabric feels really nice and I'm pleased with the colours I chose. It was easy to order via the website, and delivery was quick. I love the way that offcuts are used to make drawstring bags for the bed linen! The bathrobe is a good length and it's great to have sleeves that don't end up in my breakfast marmalade. The company has a great ethos, too, so I will certainly support them in future.”

“I previously wrote a positive review of Dip & Doze products but wish I had not. After less than two and a half years of use, my duvet cover is now falling apart, presumably due to poor quality. I have raised the issue with Dip & Doze but they have fobbed me off and are now not replying to my emails. My advice would be not to purchase from them as the quality is bad. I would be interested to know if other customers have found this not to be the case, in which case I am mystified as to why Dip & Doze would not replace my faulty duvet which I believe should last for many more years than mine has. Note - I have followed all their washing advice and have a very good washing machine and use ethical washing powder. I bought this duvet cover on trust, that Dip & Doze are a reputable company that cares about the planet and their customers - this clearly doesn't appear to be the case.”
