“In brief I consider your fabric to be superb. However I do not like at all the flap you insert at the open end of the duvet cover to - in your words - ensure that the duvet does not poke out. There is no chance of that if there are sufficient buttons - which there are. When the cover is laundered the flap makes the ironing a complete pain and I then find myself feeling I am paying a high personal cost (irritation) in exchange for the nice fabric. In all previous duvet covers I have cut out the flap and will have to do the same with these new ones. Duvet covers from other companies which don't have flaps cause no trouble. But their fabric is not so superbly comfortable. I now await with interest your reply. Yours Elisabeth”

“Hello - I think your company is brilliant, being fair-trade and organic. However, I think that your name does not reflect this ethos in any way! I nearly bypassed the website for this reason. Are you able to put in a second line which indicates the wonderful ethos? I realise that changing the name is not an easy option!Even just saying Fair-trade and Organic under Dip & Doze would bring you many more customers!”

“I did a lot of research on ethical products when I was looking for towels and came across this wonderful company. This is definitely a "feel good" buy - knowing that the ethics behind the sourcing and manufacturing of the product and also that the product itself is beautiful. I can't recommend this company enough!”

“I bought 2 sets of fitted and flat linen sheets and pillow cases during the summer and they practically saved my life. Yes they're expensive but well worth the money, the quality is top notch and they kept me so much cooler than my high thread count egyptian cotton sheets did. I later ordered a couple of pairs of shorts but they were too big and wanted to return for a smaller size, their customer service is second to none. I've since ordered another set of bedding and other clothing items, they've got themselves a customer for life, here.”
