Nice towels but they have started fraying after just 9 months. When I emailed the company a very friendly person told me that as the towels are 9 months old they can not accept responsibility. I persevered and they told me to send them in for a review. A few days later the same towels were returned to me with the comment that they look they have been caught on something - this is two towels both fraying at the hemline by the way- and offering me a 15% discount on replacement towels! I find it extraordinary. I've got cheap towels bought from supermarkets and charity shops that have withstood the same amount of washing as these, for which I paid £35 a piece. I dont think much of this company policy and I dont think I'll be spending another £70 sorry £61.50 replacing these ones.

I bought this robe online as a gift for my wife and regretted it. It doesn’t have the luxury feel that some other ethically made robes I’ve looked at have and instead looks and feels more like scientist’s lab coat. Wouldn’t recommend.

Nice quality fabric for the price but a terrible fit for my duvet. I like the fabric and colour but the fit isn’t good at all which detracts from the overall quality. I ordered a superking set for my Dorma Superking duvet - my old covers (M&S) fitted just fine. The Dip & Doze set is about 25 cms too long!

sad to say I didn't like the fabric at all - it didn't 'feel' like cotton to me - not like in past times; much modern cotton feels somehow synthetic to me. on the good side, I gather my refund has been quickly processed, though still need to double-check. thanks.

If you'd prefer a softer cotton feel, you might prefer our soft & smooth fabric variation instead? This fabric is made using the same organic cotton, but with a slightly different weave to give a different texture. Twice had to return item because had catches on duvet cover. Never had any trouble before

After about 4 washes, the duvet cover has shrunk just 1-2 inches too much. Otherwise was happy with the quality until now.

Delivery and products were fine. Refund process VERY SLOW!!! They don't do exchanges, and it's been almost two weeks since my returns were received and I STILL haven't been refunded. Apparently the refund has been processed but I haven't received any email confirmation. The products seem nice, but I would NEVER shop here again. The service is not good enough.

I regret to have to inform you that I will be returning the bed sheet as not suitable to my requirements. I accept that it is soft but it is not as smooth as I require. I have a very sensitive skin and am looking for something smoother than the sheet which you sent me. If you can suggest something better I would be grateful. John T Le Page

Organic cotton has the wonderful quality of getting softer with every wash so our bedding continues to soften over time. It's also worth noting that organic cotton is hypoallergenic so it is suitable for more sensitive skin. I hope that helps. The duvet set arrived with two odd pillowcases, one silver embroidery and one white. Disappointing. Still waiting for replacement to complete my bedding set. Hopefully it will arrive soon. The quality of the bedding appears good.

All our pillow cases are packaged in pairs at our factory, so it's most unusual that one of them would be the wrong colour. I can see your replacement pillow cases have been delivered to you today.
