“I've bought a few items from dip and doze this year and been really pleased. Unfortunately they've changed the design on their 'original' duvet and the size tag is now on the outside of the duvet, which imo looks a bit odd, so will be returning it. The soft and smooth in grey looks beautifully silky out of the packet though so I'm really disappointed to return it as I'm not sure what I'll be ordering as a replacement.”

“I absolutely love my cool and crisp bed linen. I have fitted sheets, duvet covers and pillow cases. I can only say I long to go to bed, to sink into pure white fresh crisp gorgeousness. I sleep like a baby ....... and I'm 72!”

“One of my absolute favourite places to get bedding. Husband and I are obsessed as it's just a perfect night's sleep! We never want to get up, and that's defo due to the comfy, soft and non-pilling bedding.”

“Absolutely beautifully soft bedding. So glad it’s ethically made too. Only tricky thing we’ve found is that it seems to stain fairly easily…we got biro pen mark on it and washed almost immediately but there is still a small mark. That might have happened with other bedding too though. Overall, very pleased.”

“Quality is amazing but the price has gone up by 50% and the wooden quilt buttons have been replaced with plastic ones. Oh the micro plastics... :-(”

Hi Richard, Thank you for your review. I’m pleased to let you know that our buttons are not made from plastic, they are still (and always will be) 100% natural! We replaced our coconut shell buttons with corozo nut buttons as they’re more hard wearing and durable, yet still completely biodegradable. The demand for organic cotton has increased significantly over the last three years thanks to growing awareness about sustainability. We’re so pleased as this shift has a positive impact both on people and our planet. However, although we do everything we can to keep prices down, exchange rates and surging demand for organic cotton have significantly increased our costs. We tried to minimise price increases, but some have increased more than others. We really appreciate your understanding as organic cotton price developments are a global phenomenon and not unique to Dip & Doze. “Not at all impressed. The stitching quality was exemplary and the sheet felt lovely and soft. But that's where it ends. Firstly the colour was meant to be a soft pink, there was no hint of pink, it just looked beige. Then every single morning without fail it had peeled off the corners of our bed and we woke up to uncomfortable creased corners under ourselves. None of our other sheets do this, ever. They stay perfectly in place. We have a standard depth mattress. I emailed to complain, my email has been completely ignored, I've not had a reply even now. Eventually I rang, I was advised of the 30 night trial and told I could return it for a refund. I returned it last week and am still awaiting my refund. On the flip side, I returned a parcel to another company on the same day with the same postage and they have processed my partial refund AND my replacement of one of the items has already arrived back with me! Yet not a dickie bird from dip and doze. So poor service and poor product. It most definitely wasn't worth the price tag.”

“I recently received a base sheet, some pillowcases and a duvet cover from your company, and I’m pleased to say that I was delighted as the quality is very good. “I got the original set in sage and absolutely love it. I have been searching for a new duvet cover for AGES and stumbled across this brand in my search. So happy I did!! I got the soft version and it’s the perfect duvet. I highly HIGHLY recommend if you’re looking for a great quality, soft, smooth, comfy duvet cover! Also super easy to wash. It’s all around the best.”
