“We've ordered duvet covers before and been very pleased with them This time we ordered the sage green striped single cover and were very disappointed and had to look at it several times to see that it was slightly green not grey.”

“I've had this bedding for a while now, it's very well made and feels lovely. The downside is the ironing of the duvets because of the way the fastening is constructed. I ended up sending it to the laundry but sadly they used an ironing machine and broke a button. I have search for a replacement but sadly Dip & Doze do not seem to supply them.”

“Really good quality fabric, well packed and promp delivery, colours true to website, just one niggle that's why only 4 stars, the buttonholes are badly made and won't last, a shame as the rest was five star.”

“Really happy with the products but they arrived in a lot of packaging, including a branded cotton bag which isn’t necessary & isn’t much use for anything else. We have to firstly Reduce, then Reuse, then Recycle.”

Thank you so much for your review, Lucy. I’m delighted to hear that you’re really happy with your new products! Our drawstring bags are made from the off-cuts of production. Usually these are just thrown away, so to avoid waste, we decided to give these left-over pieces of fabric a new life. Some of the most common uses we’ve heard from our customers are for storage in the home, either hanging on the back of a cupboard door or in drawers, or whilst travelling to separate dirty laundry. I hope this helps provide some inspiration and I’ll of course pass on your feedback.

“I've bought a few items from dip and doze this year and been really pleased. Unfortunately they've changed the design on their 'original' duvet and the size tag is now on the outside of the duvet, which imo looks a bit odd, so will be returning it. The soft and smooth in grey looks beautifully silky out of the packet though so I'm really disappointed to return it as I'm not sure what I'll be ordering as a replacement.”

“Delightful bedding, if very expensive. Given the organic, fairtrade credentials, I was disappointed at the superfluous cotton wrapping bags around the sheets as well as the plastic / corn-based bags. What a waste of cotton in such substantial single-use bags with ties attached to them as well. Shame as the product seems great. I may need to look again for companies using fairtrade, organic cotton which don't over-package”

Hi Pete, Thank you so much for your review and feedback! Our drawstring cotton bags are made from the offcuts of production that are usually just thrown away. So, to avoid waste, we decided to give these left-over pieces of fabric a new life and turn them into lovely reusable drawstring bags for you. You can use them over and over again, at home or on the move. We really hope you're able to find a use for them. Regarding the corn starch bags, these are needed to stop our products from getting dirty or wet whilst on their journey. They are home compostable, so you can pop them into a well-maintained compost heap or add them to your food waste bin. I hope this is useful and helps explain our packaging choices, and I hope you're enjoying the quality of your new bedding.

“Quick delivery in sustainable (compostable) packaging. So good. Towels are a really thick soft cotton. After first wash they're less soft but I air dried them on the line so expect this. Will be interested to see if they become softer over time.”

“Very nice towel coat. Just a couple of things that don't make it perfect. No inside ties and because I'm short belt loops too high. It's the first time I have found your company and on a card inside the box, you show some very nice cotton storage bags. Could you send me a brochure, please? Many Thanks, Margaret Parry”

“I am happy with my bed sheets and have previously bought a duvet cover from Dip & Doze. Only criticism, is that I took advantage of the offer of getting a discount for buying two sheets at the same time. I wanted to buy two different colours and two different finishes of cotton (each costing the same price) but I was told I could not do this and would have to buy the same colour and finish of cotton. This seems pedantic and I wonder why Dip & Doze aren't a little more flexible and accommodating on their offer. Not everyone using the bedding in my home are wanting a 'cool & crisp' finish of cotton and might prefer the 'warm & cozy' finish and a different colour - surely their is little benefit to Dip & Doze in a customer having to select the same sheets. I was hoping to be able to test which finish I prefer for future purchases and also for two different seasons.”
