Not at all impressed. The stitching quality was exemplary and the sheet felt lovely and soft. But that's where it ends. Firstly the colour was meant to be a soft pink, there was no hint of pink, it just looked beige. Then every single morning without fail it had peeled off the corners of our bed and we woke up to uncomfortable creased corners under ourselves. None of our other sheets do this, ever. They stay perfectly in place. We have a standard depth mattress. I emailed to complain, my email has been completely ignored, I've not had a reply even now. Eventually I rang, I was advised of the 30 night trial and told I could return it for a refund. I returned it last week and am still awaiting my refund. On the flip side, I returned a parcel to another company on the same day with the same postage and they have processed my partial refund AND my replacement of one of the items has already arrived back with me! Yet not a dickie bird from dip and doze. So poor service and poor product. It most definitely wasn't worth the price tag.

I previously wrote a positive review of Dip & Doze products but wish I had not. After less than two and a half years of use, my duvet cover is now falling apart, presumably due to poor quality. I have raised the issue with Dip & Doze but they have fobbed me off and are now not replying to my emails. My advice would be not to purchase from them as the quality is bad. I would be interested to know if other customers have found this not to be the case, in which case I am mystified as to why Dip & Doze would not replace my faulty duvet which I believe should last for many more years than mine has. Note - I have followed all their washing advice and have a very good washing machine and use ethical washing powder. I bought this duvet cover on trust, that Dip & Doze are a reputable company that cares about the planet and their customers - this clearly doesn't appear to be the case.

Looking at your particular case, I can see our team concluded that your issue was not due to a product fault but offered a generous discount on a new order as a gesture of goodwill. Update on my previous review; I initially commented that the fabric quality was good but the fit poor however I have been proven wrong about the quality of the fabric. I have used the bedding for one week, having washed it once prior to using. This morning I notice a tear and some smaller holes in the underside of my cover. See photo. I will now be returning all my sets for a full refund. I don’t believe the quality of the product lives up to the description given on the website. I have had 400-TC Egyptian cotton sets from another supplier which have been far superior, whilst you pay a little more, I now realise it’s worth the extra.

I ordered the original duvet set. A duvet set I would take to mean a duvet cover and fitted sheet . NOWHERE DO YOU SAY WHAT IT INCLUDES. Now I have received a cover and no fitted sheet and it is time consuming and annoying

We're sorry to hear that you were expecting a fitted sheet with your duvet set, however on the 'Details' section of our product page it does state that the set comes with 2 Pillowcases and 1 Duvet Cover as all sheets are sold separately. If there's anything we can do to help alleviate the issue, please feel free to get in touch with our customer service team who would be happy to help.

I recently purchased a blue stripped duvet set for £85. Lovely product and so decided to order another. I cannot seem to reorder without registering with you......... I find this very frustrating ! I simply want to purchase another duvet set and some additional pilllowcases. I DO NOT want to be on a mailing list......... I like your products and would recommend you to friends, but why recommend you to other like minded people who would be as irritated by your marketing tactics as I am. I’d be grateful if you would please contact me. Liz Butler
