“Excellent turnaround on my to 8mm reels. I hoped to receive them to celebrate a special occasion many years and hadn’t allowed much time for DC but, in the event, the copies arrived extremely quickly. I haven’t yet viewed the memory stick version or the DVD but the digital downloads were good. The only downside was the packaging was poor and had burst open at each end, lucky to have not lost the memory stick. otherwise I was pleased with the service and would use again.”

“Good service. I sent a digital 60 min tape for conversion. The returned MP4 was only 14 mins long. I queried it and returned it. Next time I received the full tape content. Happy with their response.”

“Excellent service, we sent them 5 very old bus videos that were put into a USB drive. One was very distorted and I was surprised we got anything back, overall very pleased.”

“Would have been 5 stars but for the pick up errors. Had a text on the booked pick up day stating time but no collection, next 3 days same message but no pick up till day three and then lo and behold Royal Mail arrive as well. The rest of the work carried was excellent.”

“Thank you for your prompt service. I am 84 yo and I’m trying to use Pinnacle Studio 24 to make these videos into something that my wife can look back on when I’m dead. Yes, they’ve been sitting in my drawer for years. Any way I have at least 5 more cassettes for you to convert from analogue to digital.......I’ve not been very successful with conversion devices, lots of frames dropped etc. Thank you......John Richings”

“Pleased with the DVD and the company was really helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Unfortunately the item was very delayed due to reduced postal service during the pandemic and I missed the recipient’s birthday as a result. Not a fault of the company however. Allow plenty of time if needed by a certain date.”
