“Can fully recommend the service and the relatively quick turnaround, I feel that the prices are probably inflated with constant discount codes on offer popping up on the site to bring the prices down and make you feel like you're getting a good deal. This is also reflected upon the fact you get another discount code with your delivery itself. Video quality is good though and would use again if needed.”

“It took around 3/4 weeks to get 8mm tape converted but I am so pleased with the result which is much better than i expected. Lovely memories captured that had been stored away for 50 years are now on a memory stick so that the family can watch together.”

“I needed a camcorder video of Funk and Soul 70s underground party in 1996 of sentimental value, converted and returned to me on a USB stick, you can only imagine my disappointment when what i received was someone's Ruby wedding anniversary party!! I immediately called and was met with an apology, no poor attitude or being defensive and here's whats important, the matter was rectified in 30 minutes of my call when i was sent the correct video via email and dropbox and i was very happy with that, but then unknown to me, I checked my bank account and my money had been refunded! which i really didnt expect but i am grateful for and have to say that say people and businesses make mistakes but the way Digital Convertors dealt with this was fantastic, I am now going to look for old VHS tapes i need converting to digital. Thank you for your excellent customer service response.”

“I sent a cine reel off to Digital Converters as they’d done a first rate job for me previously on digitising cine film. A usb stick containing the digitised images was sent to me within a few weeks. Upon viewing the images I discovered that background music had been omitted. I emailed Digital Converters to report this and got a prompt reply apologising and saying it had been omitted in error and that they would send me a replacement usb stick with the images and background music on it. This arrived a few days later. I have no hesitation in recommending Digital Converters as the work they carry out is to a good standard and they are willing to correct any mistakes that they may have made.”

“Order collected as per instructions. It took about 4 weeks to convert the tapes but when the order was returned we were delighted with the thought that had gone into organising the discs and how they were presented. The quality was good. We now have life long memories to watch and share. Very pleased with the results.”

“Excellent service, it's just what I needed as all my old camcorder tapes were just collecting dust as my old camcorders were no longer working. Courier collection service was also excellent. Not given 5 stars as the whole process took longer than I envisaged but overall very happy.”

“It was lovely to see the old home movies that my dad had made. Would have been 5 stars if they hadn't converted a tape that was just a whole episode of 'Cold Feet'. Not sure why my dad would have recorded it in the first place. Just seemed such a waste of time.”

“Converted VHS to DVD. The DVD was not brilliant quality, but I’m guessing they probably did their best with it. It was a 21 yr old VHS tape. DVD arrived by recorded delivery.”
