“The whole system and the results has worked well for me”

“Unfortunately due to an error on their part, I didn’t receive my order. I had to chase them up as they had the wrong post code. However when I did get it, it was amazing. It was a photo taken in 1970s and the clarity was amazing. I would use them again.”

“Found it very easy to follow the directions, I got an email when they received the video and the video and memory stick were returned very quickly. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again”

“They did a wonderful job with my 12 tapes. What I was uncertain about was the number of DVD's needed for these 12 tapes of differing running times so I said 7. Turns out only 2 were needed so I have 12 extra ones. This is a very confusing question on the order form.”

“Simple & seamless order process and customer experience. Delivery was received within the quoted lead-time. The converted material 'skips' in a few places and has also lost a few seconds from the original runtimes (perhaps due to over-zealous editing). Otherwise very pleased with the results.”

“I am very pleased with the DVD's thank you. Howerer, I did ask that you let meknow when they were ready so that I could pick them up as I did not want them posting out to me. “Very professional approach. Excellent result. Certainly would go back to them if I find any more films in my old box. However, I have had an issue- it would not plug and play as mentioned in my LG55NANO906NA Ultra HD smart TV. There was an issue with recognising the format of the USB stick. Seek advice from an expert, had to upload on my computer and then make a duplicate copy. So, the original USB stick provided by Digital Converters is wasted now.”

“I found the procedure easy to follow and the backup was excellent. I would recommend the company for your film processing and conversion to video. My one request would be an estimate of when the process will be completed once the film is received.”
