Really good service with the ability to see the progress of the transfer from the old media to the new. I asked them to transfer one video onto DVD. The One video came as three VOB files on the DVD (each around 30 minutes long. Not sure why this was but easy enough to combine the 3 files into one to make the film complete again. I would have given 5 stars if I receive the film complete on the DVD.
