Found Digital Converters via Facebook. I rang to discuss my requirements (converting VHS Tapes), good information supplied, kept informed of progress, i.e. receipt of my "precious" tapes. Quality of my returned digital MP4 Files, on dropbox, excellent. Four stars only refects slightly extended time for conversion over the Xmas period. Delivered product excellent
