“Easy prompt service. So easy to use their website for you needs. My old VHS wedding video turned round within a week and my original video returned neatly in a padded box (better packed than I did myself). Would recommend if you are looking to update your media.”

“Very happy ! About 40 of my VHS C system tapes were successfully and swiftly (10/14 days) converted to a Digital format on memory sticks . Important family memories mainly of the 1980s and 1990s safely preserved for many generations to enjoy . Pleasant interactions at all times with the owners of this family business . Good value I feel and recommended .”

“Great service ! I had some old tapes that where my brothers from when he moved house. I wasn’t sure what sort of shape they would be in as they had been in his loft for like 20 years. One was very bad but the team still tried to get footage off. They sent me a stick despite it not all being ok but they refunded me as it wasn’t possible to get the footage done to a high standard. The other tapes were all good and I am really pleased with the results. It’s very fitting as it has my sister in laws dad on the footage and he passed with Alzheimer’s so it will be lovely to give them the copies for their wedding anniversary next. Thank you to the team you were very helpful.”

“Had 10x Hi8 tapes that were around 20 years old converted to digital format (Cloud Storage). Prices were very competitive, process was speedy and took less than two weeks from the time I placed the order, and received the tapes back. Very happy with the service, would 100% use again.”

“I could not be happier with my experience with Digital Converters. I had a few queries before I placed and order and when I called to ask them the man on the phone couldn't have been friendlier and more helpful. They delivered my parcel ahead of the estimated time they gave which was fantastic as it meant I had it in time for my Dad's birthday, despite me leaving it last minute to order. The quality of the videos I received back are an exact match for what I have been watching for years and my original tapes were returned in perfect condition which was my biggest worry. I can easily select the video I want to watch on the USB I've gotten, and plug it into the TV so much more easily than having to connect an old video player and VHS converter. I will 100% be using these services again and it has now become a yearly tradition to convert another group of videos each yeah for my dad's birthday”
