“We have been extremely pleased with the customer service and process of converting 11 vhs tapes onto a memory stick. Digital converters kept us informed every step of the way and within the 2 weeks they anticipate the whole process to complete we received the tapes back through tracked royal mail post which is very convenient as we knew we would be at home to receive. Will be recommending them to everyone I know. Many thanks again 5 🌟”

“If I could give this company 6 stars, I would!! Absolutely fantastic to deal with, communication was brilliant - you were kept up to date throughout the whole journey - I cannot praise them enough & if I find anymore video's in the back of my cupboard I'll definitely be sendin them here to be converted.”

“Provided a brilliant service. The process of having royal mail collection my media was really quick and convenient. When the media was safely received I was notified and kept notified throughout. The end product I received back was great. I can't put a price on the feeling of seeing and hearing family members who have long since passed away, but the price was more than reasonable (I ordered digital format a new dvd format) Thank you so much for giving me back those memories I thought were gone forever.”

“We had a few precious 7" cine films, now 50 years old, of family long since passed and had no way to view them again. I took some time to decide who to trust these to for conversion to digital and settled on Digital Converters from their great reviews. I found the process very simple, reassuring and am delighted with the results. Would happily use again and recommend.”

“Really good service. Got a report on quality. Good to see what was on my VHS tape, had it converted to DVD. Unfortunately it wasn’t what I thought it was! But still, happy. Communication and service excellent. I would recommend to anyone.”

“What a great job you did. Had 8 different tapes from the 1990’s with various recordings of my son from birth and family. Also recording of myself playing sport. I found the tapes in the loft and didn’t think they would be any good. Sent them to D C who had to clean them and do their magic and then copy them onto a USB stick. I called them to find out how the copying was going and they kept me informed of everything. When I got the tapes back and two USB Sticks I couldn’t wait to try them. I wasn’t disappointed. They were amazing. Some recording wasn’t very good but overall I was exceptionally pleased. I would advise anyone with old tapes to use DC as they have the ability to clean the tapes etc of mould and damp and not just copy. A fab job 👏👏”
