“If I could rate this company any higher, I would! The process was quick and easy to turn my parents old wedding VHS tape into a digital copy and memory stick. Collection was fast and from my door, they kept updated on when my VHS arrived so my mind could be put at ease. Considering this is the only video I have of my Dad who died when I was 3, I was very worried to give it over to someone else. They managed to collect it, convert it and send it back within about 1-2 weeks, even though the tape itself also had mold/damp on it so we weren't sure it would even work anymore! Thank you for allowing me to see and hear my Dad for the first time in 23 years!!”

“Thank you so much! I was worried that I would lose the precious videos of my babies (now 30-something adults) as technology advanced. You copied my old VHS onto DVD and a memory stick so that the videos will live on. It was a treat to watch them and have that trip down memory lane :-) Good communication, items received promptly and well-packaged.”

“I had a VHS and camcorder tapes to digitize. Easy to understand instructions on how to send, tracked postage, great communication at every step, and quick turnaround. Email and phone number to contact if problems arise (none did). Just spent a wonderful hour looking at my babies' first days 30 years ago on my tablet. Priceless. No complaints at all! Used Digital Converters on recommendation of a friend.”

“Easy process to place order. Sent off VHS tapes and received back DVDs in a matter of a few days. Great service and home movies all looked good. Only negative but not a serious problem was the DVDs were mislabelled. Cost not excessive.”

“I have complete confidence sending my tapes to Digital Convertors. There may be cheaper options out there but the care and communications and end product with these guys is second to non. Send your precious memories off with confidence. Excellent, fast efficient serivice”

“I have been putting off converting my video tapes as I was scared they’d get broken. I finally decided to try this company and sent them off , anxious. Shouldn’t have worried, the procedure was lovely and straightforward and when the USB sticks came back ( so did my original video tapes) I was able to watch my late husband and my wedding video. I will definitely be sorting out more videos or disc’s to transform. 🥰”

MY THREE CHILDREN AND FOUR GRAND CHILDREN SPENT SEVERAL DAYS LOOKING AT THE TIME WHEN THEIR PARENTS WERE THEIR AGE - TREMENDOUS ENJOYMENT. “We have been talking about having our Video 8 tapes of our three children when they were young converted for years and years. We also had our wedding video on VHS tapes and last year had them converted. We played the wedding video and all the rushes to our children last Christmas and there wasn’t a dry eye in the house. This year we are had the Video 8 tapes converted and are showing them to our grown up children this Christmas, which they know nothing about, can’t wait for their reactions. It was a difficult decision as they were the only copies we had of their childhood but having done the same with our wedding video we knew that Digital Converters would do a really good job in a timely fashion and also return our original copies to us promptly. I cannot recommend Digital Converters highly enough.”
