“Excellent communication, wonderful conversion from a video tape to a DVD of my parents wedding video. Loved the packaging, communication and timing! Would recommend and will definitely be using the service again!”

“Fantastic service! Sent our reels at the start of December, with a small note that we were hoping to have them back in time for Christmas, as a present for our dad. Returned both the USB and Reels on Christmas Eve, so just in time! The sound and picture quality is perfect, pricing is very reasonable, will definitely use again if needed!”

“Tracking great, dispatch great, just the end product that's lacking. Both audio cassettes I've had converted have been recorded at a very low level and the opening tracks are dull and flat. This isn't down to the source, I've had Both converted elsewhere and the sound quality is far superior.”

Hi Mark, We're really sorry to hear you're unpleased with the results! Sometimes quality issues can slip through without being detected. Usually, we would get your cassettes back into re-transfer so we can correct the problem. However as it sounds like you have already fixed the issue elsewhere, we've issued a full refund and hope that provides some consolation for the poor quality files you received. “Having found some long lost 50+ year old Super8 film reels of my wife’s childhood during a recent family house clearance it was with some trepidation that we sent them off for conversion. We shouldn’t have worried, Digital Converters superb service made the whole process easy, with fully trackable progress reports for peace of mind and speedy return of the originals safely packaged - exactly as promised. Viewing the digitised films when the grandchildren come round for Xmas made it very special. Can’t recommend highly enough. 10 stars deserved!”

“Fabulous, sent in three old VHS tapes, one of which sounded broken inside, so I was delighted to receive three DVDs back , all working. Amazing to see our wedding day once again and two of my husbands surfing trips, a real ‘live’ trip down memory lane. Had these done for my husband’s Christmas, he was delighted and quite overwhelmed. Fantastic quality and service.”
