“I was really pleased with the service I received and the finished product. It was a very nice touch to add background music to what we're silent cine films. I would happily use Digital Converters again for any work of this nature.”

“Found Digital Converters via Facebook. I rang to discuss my requirements (converting VHS Tapes), good information supplied, kept informed of progress, i.e. receipt of my "precious" tapes. Quality of my returned digital MP4 Files, on dropbox, excellent. Four stars only refects slightly extended time for conversion over the Xmas period. Delivered product excellent”

“I had a VHS wedding video from 22 years ago, that I really wanted transferred to a more modern medium, both so I could watch it and also so it didn’t degrade. After a lot of searching I found Digital Converters and, not without a certain amount of trepidation, sent the VHS video to them, wishing it to be transferred onto a flash drive. Wha can I say, I need not have worried. I got an email to they they had got it. I got an email to say they were working on it. I got an email to say they were returning it. And the VHS video came back to me with a flash drive with our wedding memories now better preserved and in a medium which can be used and shared. What can I say. First class. And I have no hesitation recommending.”

“I am absolutely thrilled with Digital Converters. I sent in a cinefilm of my parent's wedding from 1980 to be converted to both a digital file and a DVD conversion, and the results were brilliant. The communication is really good. The guys were even able to rush through the digital order in time for Christmas. The package, containing the original film, plus the new hard copies came back, nicely packed. Very happy. Well done folks. I would use again.”

“Disappointed. My large order took longer than anticipated to be completed. I had agreed, verbally, for my slides to be downloaded onto two memory sticks which I had provided. The slides were returned, but the two memory sticks were missing. The slides had been downloaded onto seven DVDs. The accountancy system is very quick at issuing daily reminders, even if your five days included Christmas Day and Boxing Day!”

We do not accept memory sticks being sent into our business for data security reasons, which is why we did not transfer the files to your sticks. There must have been some misunderstanding here, as it is against our company policy to do this. I can see from when you notified us of this we delivered two replacement memory sticks to you next day, free of charge, so we hope you enjoy them and if you need anything else, please let us know. “Fantastic service! Sent our reels at the start of December, with a small note that we were hoping to have them back in time for Christmas, as a present for our dad. Returned both the USB and Reels on Christmas Eve, so just in time! The sound and picture quality is perfect, pricing is very reasonable, will definitely use again if needed!”

“Sent an old holiday video for conversion to a USB drive and was very pleased with the quality of picture and sound, it exceeded what I expected, given the age of the original video. Would not hesitate to use Digital Converters again”
