“Thank you, Devine. Your website was easy to navigate and your tutorial very helpful. The templates were useful and it was reassuring to know that my work was saved easily and could be returned to over a period of time. Alex was extremely sensitive and helpful when I was ready to print, and easy to contact or be contacted by. I finished the Order of Service with a little ribbon, bead and heart for an added personal touch. Close family and friends were very complimentary of the quality and individuality of the Order of Service, and made sure they were kept as a lasting keepsake.”

“It was a very simple and easy to use website which produced lovely results. Even the Celebrant and Funeral Director commented on how lovely the order of service were. It was nice to be able to add many photos. Really pleased with the service as they were able to change the delivery address with no problem after I have created the order.”

“The quality of the order of service that I organised for my mother was superb. The template was really easy to use, and it was nice that they had mom's favourite flowers as a template which I didn't think I would be able to find anywhere, but Devine Funeral Stationary had them. Alex was so helpful in making sure all the formatting, and spelling was correct. I placed my order on a Wednesday evening, and received these beautiful Order of Service's on Friday morning in excellent packaging. At my mother's funeral, family and friends made a number of comments on the quality of the Order of Service. I would recommend Devine Funeral Stationary to anyone.”

“When engaging with all businesses, I assesses customer service and product quality in a number of ways: 1) how easy it is to speak to someone if it’s a web based business and what is their tel customer service like? 2) how good is the company at understanding my needs and in the case of funeral stationery - my emotions? 3) how helpful is whoever I speak to if I run into difficulties? 4) what is the quality of the product? 6) have I had any comments from anyone else about the product? 7) would I go back to the company again. For all points above, Divine scores 10/10. I would use them again in a shot.”

“Help was on hand to answer my layout/photo questions. Our order was placed on 27th December online during the business' holiday period and they were not due back until 2nd January, stationery delivery would be 3rd with the funeral on the 4th. Cutting it very fine! I received a telephone call the day the order was placed assuring me of delivery. On Sunday 31st December (New Year's Eve) I noticed an error and left a voicemail detailing the error. I received a call back asking me to complete the online contact form with the amendments. On Tuesday 2nd I received a proof and a follow-up call to let me know it had been emailed. I nipped into a cafe where I could use the wifi to check, approved the proof by text and a beautiful order of service arrived the next day. They were excellent value for money and the service was exceptional. I cannot praise them highly enough for their attention to detail and empathy.”

“We wanted a good quality order of service for our relative's funeral and this website and format meant that we could use a layout that made it look professional and also we had the courtesy of a call to make sure the centering etc was OK. They arrived as promised the following day, which during the busy christmas period was excellent. Would recommend the company.”
