“The service was very fast and just great value and quality can recommend it to anybody”

“The product itself was good but unfortunately, the experience was not great 😔. With our Mum's funeral being on the Monday, we received somebody else's funeral stationery on the Thursday prior!! It was an extremely stressful couple of hours spent trying to get through to Devine Funeral Stationery in order to make them aware of the issue. We also got in contact with the family of the deceased person whose stationery we had received in error; they were not aware of the mistake and were extremely grateful for us reaching out to them 🤗. We did receive the correct stationery the following day, but I would have expected a personal written apology for the error and a refund. At an already stressful and emotional time, having to deal with an issue, not of my making, that could have been easily avoided with some simple checks, was both upsetting and frustrating.”

“I received the bereavement cards and they were beautiful. However, insufficient envelopes were supplied and despite my immediate contact by return email there was no resolution to my problem!!! I had to find replacements which was inconvenient and spoiled my experience with Devine Funeral Stationary.”

“Alex was very helpful with his advice and recommendations and - once we had decied on our desing/layout, the turnaround was very impressive! We were delighted with the finished orders of service - many guests commented on the high print and paper quality. I cannot fault the seamless service we received from Dwvine and would recommend them whole-heartedly!”

“I used Devine Funeral Stationery to do an order of service for my Dad which I wanted to personalise myself. I was pleasantly surprised how easy the online tools were to use and when I had a few problems with downloading photos, I emailed Alex and he came back to me really quickly and helped resolve my issues. The order of service arrived and my Mom and the rest of the family were so pleased with the quality and price. I would like to thank Alex for his help and I would have no hesitate in recommending Devine Funeral Stationery to anyone. Thanks again 😊”
