“I can honestly say this company is wonderful. The quality of their range, both in terms of fantastic options, product when recieved and quick printing and postage make it the company to turn to for all funeral stationary needs. That coupled with their willingness to go the extra mile and problem solve, especially in a time of grief and stress, really makes them a wonderful company and a pleasure to utilise. I would also like to thank Alex who was so kind, supportive and amazing. What great customer service!”

“Excellent service from this company. I chose from their published designs. I uploaded the photos I wanted and the chosen hymns with details of the vicar,eulogist, venues etc and the finished artic was delivered i good time and entirely to my satisfaction. Cost was half of the price quoted by the funeral director.”

“Quick & Easy to use. Have used on more than one occasion. Take your time and you can make memorable Order of Service’s tailor made of your own design. Price wise they are very competitive, lovely grain of paper and a super finish. I can highly recommend this site and will definitely use again and have recommended them to family and friends.”

“I used Devine Funeral Stationery to produce the memorial cards for my fathers funeral. I had a couple of questions about the design before placing the order (I wasn’t sure I’d done it right) and the staff at Devine were lovely. They answered my question promptly and the finished cards were delivered in a few days. Everybody remarked how beautiful the cards were.”

“We wanted something special for my mother’s memorial service and found Devine had a really good choice of design for the Order of Service. Alex was extremely good at responding to any queries and despite us wanting a change of font several times and a change of layout, was very helpful and quick to return the proofs. My only criticism would be that no visitors/customers are allowed on their premises and as we were passing the premises we feel it would have saved the backwards and forwards with emails and adjustments. However I would highly recommend the quality of service and high standard of printing.”

“We placed a collage of pictures on mums order of service for mum's funeral service but when they arrived one of the pictures had jumped up over the writing at the top of the page. The stationary was sent to us like that without company contacting me to check if that was OK. Was mortified when I saw them and still had to hand them to relatives . I had ordered a large amount of these so expected some one from the company to realise this had happened and either fix or contact us to check it if was OK.it was an emotional time and this name it worse”

Hi Lesley, I am so sorry to hear you were not happy with the outcome of the booklets. No contact was made to us, we would have fixed the issue right away and sent a new batch out with the photos corrected. There was plenty of time to fix the issue with the booklets before the funeral. I understand they should have arrived in perfect condition, but sometimes, we make mistakes. We are human, after all, and sometimes mistakes can be missed! I am once again sorry we let you down when mistakes are made, it would be nice to be given the opportunity to fix our mistake! Regards, Alex Devine.
