“Staff managed to get me a good Package for our holiday but the problem was to get someone to ring you back for an important query. I think you could do better in responding to calls and also waiting time for calls to be answered.”

“We have used D2 on several occasions and each time have had to rearrange our holidays due to Covid restrictions - D2 have always been extremely helpful with these challenging changes. Most recently Matthew Mitchell has helped change our holiday from the Red listed Maldives to Green listed Barbados - wonderful attention to detail - many thanks Matt!”

“Agent who booked was good. However one name was incorrect on booking details, asked for it to be amended but no reply. Also requested info from reservations team, no response.”
