“I plan on wallpapering two of my bathrooms and wanted samples. Designer Wallpapers generously offers free samples and ships them very quickly. The samples I received are undoubtedly high quality and I will be ordering all of my rolls soon.”

“Had to chase the order , then when it was delivered £800 of wallpaper just left on our the doorstep on a busy road !”

Dear Rachel, I sincerely apologise for the poor delivery experience you had with your wallpaper order. You're absolutely right to be frustrated - leaving £800 worth of product unattended on a doorstep, especially on a busy road, is completely unacceptable. While this order shipped directly from our manufacturer, that doesn't excuse the lack of proper delivery service you received. I take full responsibility for not ensuring you had a better experience from start to finish. I'm immediately looking into what went wrong with both the tracking communication and the delivery process to prevent this from happening again.
