“Waited so long for the sample to arrive By the time it did we had redecorated using another paper”

Dear Susan, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. I’m genuinely sorry about the delay in receiving your sample. The wallpaper featured during Amanda and Alan's Greek Job on TV and sold out. Over 1,000 requests were received in a few days, and the manufacturer couldn't fulfil them. We understand that timely samples are crucial for your decorating decisions, and I regret that we let you down in this regard. Kind regards, Paul

“We have ordered top quality wallpaper three times. Each time the paper has arrived promptly and in great condition. The most recent purchase we wanted to return a roll, Paul sent the return address when requested and we packaged it up. A great company - would definately recommend.”
