“Wallpaper ordered online, due to be delivered next day. DW then phoned same day to advise actually not in stock, would be 5 weeks late. This badly impacted on home improvement project. Then wrong wallpaper dispatched from supplier. Sent back. Then at end of 5 weeks, advised by of a further 2 week delay except....... wallpaper actually turned up same day. Not sure where faults lay but not a great experience I'm afraid. Should be said that DW were very apologetic.”

“Very helpful and responded quickly to any queries I had about my wallpaper selection. My order arrived only a few days after purchasing. “arrived well packed and on time. The paper is wonderful and just waiting for it to be pasted to the wall. My only gripe is that with all deliveries the drivers will not bring the goods to the door and leave it by the gate of our drive which is out of sight of the house and therefore could be picked up by anyone passing.”
