Hi Andrew, I'm sorry to hear you didn't receive your sample. You placed your order at 9pm and we dispatched it via Royal Mail by 9am the following morning. We emailed to confirm dispatch, and followed up again to check it had arrived — unfortunately we didn't hear back from you on either occasion. If you'd still like the sample, just reply to our email and we'll get another one out to you. Best wishes, Paul

“Wonderful selection of wallpapers. I wanted something a little bit different. I didn't know exactly what I did want but knew I would recognise it when I saw it. In the end, I found dozens that I loved but I am highly delighted with my choice. Price, packaging and delivery were all excellent.”

“Requested a free sample which was sent out promptly. Designer wallpapers also followed up delivery with an email mail offering support with any queries (eg help with working out how much wallpaper would be needed for a job) which is a nice touch too. Seem like a very good company to deal with.”
