“When I ordered a heated towel rail there was a problem in that the model I had ordered was no longer available. However, I was offered a choice of more expensive altarnatives at the same price. The only one that fitted the bill was getting on for £60 more. When it arrived there were a couple of minor issues with it but nothing of any real significance. It is now fitted and working well so many thanks Murray. Can definitely recommend.”

“Can't really review. The radiator was supposed to be delivered on 20/10/ 2023 but then informed by courier that it won't be here till 24/10/2023. Will have to wait till I review when item comes.”

“Easy to use website & order, phoned up with query & very helpful. Great price, towel radiator looks great, everything went smoothly. But, deducted one for delivery, the day I was told it would be delivered it did not come, just a text to say delayed, no other communication! Arrived day after, good communication on day but I took off previous day, not so happy as had to organise for someone to be there for it.”

“Easy to place the order. The metal plates holding the towel rail in position on the radiator needed a small adjustment to enable the radiator cover to be replaced firmly, other than that, both my wife and I were very happy with the rail itself. We were not happy however with the fact that the delivery was made a day previous to that which we were advised and left at the front of the property in broad sight of passing traffic and pedestrians.”

“Very helpful online and a very prompt delivery. Shame about the courier DX who delivered our radiator damaged. Equally prompt attention to this by DBS - again let down by DX who failed to deliver our radiator at all the next day, as promised. Perhaps DBS should change courier? Awaiting resolution - but it's the weekend.”

“Would I use them again definitely. I Ordered 2 radiators but had to delay delivery for 1 week. I discussed this with the help desk and that was not an issue. The help desk were knowledgable and very helpful. However a small niggle was that I was advised that I would get a text message giving a 2 hour delivery time slot. on the say of delivery. This didn't happen but the radiators were delivered as promised on the agreed day, currently they are still in their wrapping ( being fitted tomorrow by plumbers) so am unable to say if damaged or not.”

“Friendly and helpful customer service before ordering. Very easy to use the web site to place my order. 4 stars instead of 5 simply because having placed my order I didn't get any updates as to its status. I know the products were shipping from the manufacturer, which makes it harder, but perhaps an update to say the order had been placed with them or an update to say they'd shipped and the carrier they were coming on. Other than that, great service”

“Not plumbed the radiator in yet but it looks good in the box. Well packaged and an EARLY delivery to THE WRONG ADDRESS! Thank goodness that neighbours intervened. Free delivery helped me cope with that though.”

“Customer service was excellent, they were extremely helpful and efficient. Unfortunately the item wasn't quite as expected so I had to return it (toilet seat). That is why I have only scored 4. Otherwise I would have given a score of 5. There was no problem returning the item and getting a prompt refund. Thank you.”

“Purchased stainless steel towel rail on arrival item was checked but found item was not of a satisfactory standard, contacted the company after sending an email with photograph of faulty product company arranged a full refund and arranged for item to be picked up. Maybe if item had been inspected before being shipped out then there would have not been a problem.”

“Service from Designer Bathroom Store was very good, the only thing that let it down was the courier. I waited in for 3 days as I tracked my parcel and they kept saying it was out for delivery and the next day said it was out for delivery and changed the date.”

“Excellent professional service during order process. Should have been given 2 hour delivery window. Heard nothing until Driver rang to say was outside just as we had gone to the shop. Could not unpack and examine on delivery. Once opened small scratch on drawer. Hopefully we can get some touch up paint. Otherwise lovely product.”

“Parcel arrived safely. Only bathroom cupboard I could get with the dimensions I needed. Although did not realise that the cupboard has only two screws to support it. It would have been helpful to know this as I am hanging it above a toilet. So will have to get some form of support under the bottom end, due to the safety concerns.”
