Very happy with the store but not with the delivery company they use. I was emailed to say I would be text with a 2 hour window for delivery. This did not happen meaning my item was not delivered. The delivery company could not do anything about it. Have to wait another week. Designer Bathroom Store were very apologetic when I rang them but there was little they could do. A week later than planned product finally arrived. The issue seems to be that designer bathrooms send out an email saying that you will be text a 2 hour window for delivery. Unfortunately, this is not the process with my delivery company. They do not issue out texts or emails - it can be delivered at any time on that day

I ordered the Iona Contour indigo blue vanity and sink and i must say that the colour is not even 10% of the colour showing on the website.. it’s a dark grey instead of blue. Disappointed... Laura from customer service was very kind and nice.. contacted the manufacturer for me.. but she was told that this is the right product.. i am still thinking if the keep the product or not.. as it might match my bathroom now.. with the tiles that i bought..

The Goods were delivered promptly. A little disappointed with the quality, but I suppose the product cost reflects this

The product is good, was easy to fit, and works well. The day of my order I received an email saying it would be delivered the next day. It didn’t arrive, so I phoned them in the late afternoon asking when it would come and was told I’d receive a call back. This never occurred, and the parcel arrived a few days later. So, good product, not great customer service.

While I am very happy with the corner radiator I purchased, it would have been nice to be informed that it was out of stock before accepting the order.

Prices are keen and the purchase process was quick. Their terms and conditions are pretty harsh if things go wrong and so i would read these carefully. The delivery date was estimated as 1 to 5 days but after 9 days the order sat as "processing". A fairly cold abrupt call from the delivery company who employ people that clearly hate their job or talking to customers. When I asked if the delivery would be either AM or PM, the response was almost a "how would I know, do you want it delivered tomorrow or what". I've had this "local" company before with the same attitude. This is not the fault of the store of course.

Good price and was delivered quickly, however, I was not informed when delivery would take place, so it was sheer luck that mu plumber was at the property

Good delivery service,not impressed with so called flush fitting light . When asked them about the non flush fitting light by email still waiting for reply after a week,not so good customer service.another company takes your money and not interested after.

I haven't received all of my order yet but was informed of this. It took a long time to sort out what should have been a very simple order. After speaking to someone on the phone because I couldn't pay and sort out the delivery address, this problem was sorted but I wasn't offered any incentive to order anything else as it wasn't an easy process for me and I'm not convinced I won't incur the same problems again.

Unfortunately my order went astray and did not arrive due to the courier company misplacing the item. After chasing up with a very helpful man, Murray, he decided to ship me a replacement which arrived the next early morning. Product still packed at the moment but looks great.

I would have given 5 stars but have only given a feedback of just 3 stars because of the issue of not delivering the item on a Saturday when i payed extra for this service. Not only was this extremely dissapointing it was a complete waste of my day having to wait in all of Saturday not knowing if it was coming or not. I must say though however that this didnt seem to be the Designer Bathroom Stores fault exactly as it was processed quickly and given to the courier on time as i had been informed via email. So the problem was obviously with the Courrier..... Their customer service is great and i cannot fault it, they were very appologetic and refunded my delivery charges which is why i would have given them 5 stars as they seem to be quite genuine and helpful. Hopefully then they might use a different courier in the future ? .... Mr Davies

My purchase arrived very quickly, ordered Sunday received Tuesday. The product is a polished stainless ladder radiator, It arrived with slight damage to the packaging resulting to a slight graze on the back of one of the tubes, fortunately it will not be seen when erected. More importantly the brazing on each side of the tubes could have been finished off very much better.
