Easy to place the order. The metal plates holding the towel rail in position on the radiator needed a small adjustment to enable the radiator cover to be replaced firmly, other than that, both my wife and I were very happy with the rail itself. We were not happy however with the fact that the delivery was made a day previous to that which we were advised and left at the front of the property in broad sight of passing traffic and pedestrians.
