When I ordered a heated towel rail there was a problem in that the model I had ordered was no longer available. However, I was offered a choice of more expensive altarnatives at the same price. The only one that fitted the bill was getting on for £60 more. When it arrived there were a couple of minor issues with it but nothing of any real significance. It is now fitted and working well so many thanks Murray. Can definitely recommend.
