“Spoke to really helpful chap who had good knowledge of the products. Purchased online with swift delivery. The wrong valves were sent but after a phone call they sent the correct valves out next day delivery. Overall happy and would use again.”

“Designer bathroom stores supplier let them down and my radiator was 2 days late. However a very good customer sevice person made sure I received my radiator early Saturday morning so my plumber could fit it. Would use again”

“Fast and reliable. Good price. Very polite when they contact you. My only observation was the delivery slot the driver called about the day before, he was 40 minutes late on the day of delivery. Perhaps provide a 2hr slot in case that way customers can plan around the times better. Would have been rated a 5 otherwise.”

“Service was excellent with speedy delivery of the ordered thermostatic radiator valves. Would use the Designer Bathroom Store again. Product came highly recommended and looks good but can't comment on it's use as hasn't been installed and used as yet (tricky having multiple review reminders sent when you haven't yet used something).”

“We were sent radiator pipe covers which turned out to be chrome pipes. I called Designer Bathrooms and they sent out the part the next day. All of our order was delivered promptly. I knocked off one star because they were very poor at communicating delivery times. My order was delivered in three parts and only one of the delivery firms notified me of delivery. Even then it was on the delivery day so pretty useless. It would have been helpful to have more notice of delivery dates and times. Instead I had to call to find out.”

“The radiator I ordered was delivered quickly and in good condition. One area for improvement was the notification the item had been despatched did not indicate an expected delivery date so I had no idea when it was being delivered or by who. As it happens I was expecting other deliveries that day it arrived so not an issue but could be for people who work.”

“Great service. I made a mistake on my original order and they actually emailed me to let me know that the order had not gone through. I have never seen this from any other online retailer! I was impressed and immediately placed the order correctly. I got another email ethic an hour to say that my order was received and despatched and would be with me the very next day. That is how believe online retailing should work. The next morning my order was delivered before I even went to work. I was very impressed with the service and the product choices.”

“The radiator looks great and functions really well. I'm concerned that, prior to purchase, I was assured that this equipment was suitable for installation in a bathroom zone 2. On that basis, I instructed my electrician to install it. Having subsequently read the instructions which came with the radiator, they indicate that it is only suitable for bathroom zone 3. Please urgently advise about this anomaly and whether it is safe to operate this radiator in a bathroom zone 2. Thanks.”

“Very Plsd with the competitive price and service I received , only gripe I would say was that tho instructed when ordering the courier would not leave my item in my garage as requested as a signature was required and could not specify an am or pm re-delivery meaning an hours drive in total there and back to couriers depot which distracts from the convenience of ordering from the internet”
