“Excellent delivery. Received the radiator the very next morning at no added charge for delivery. However, had to drop a star because, although listed in the contents, the air vent and plug were missing.”

“Easy to order, good comms, fast delivery. I was surprised at the lack of packaging surrounding a fragile item like a basin - there was none! The waste pipe had broken through the cardboard box so I had feared damage, but fortunately it was intact. It's a beautiful basin and I am pleased with it and its price.”

“in terms of Q&A of products perfect, timescales perfect - delivery a bit sketchy were told pallet weight was 100kg, if it was then why send just one man to handle it...and as we found it was not 100kg, who weighed it prior to delivery to designate it as 100kg???”

“The operator I spoke to on the phone was very polite and helpful, she physically checked stock for me as there were only a few items left available. The goods were delivered on the day she promised, on a pallet and in good condition. I was away from my unit for an hour to visit a client, and upon my return I found the delivery had been made whilst I was out. I am deducting one star because the pallet was left outside my unit without any prior notification of its arrival. I will award a full five stars next time if I am told roughly when the delivery will turn up!”

“Overall the service was good and the price was competitive. I would have no problem to recommend Designer Bathroom Store. I ordered an electric Towel Radiator. The radiator was delivered within 2 days of the order and was preceded by a text to confirm delivery time. I found that the electric heating element was missing. I contacted the store. They apologised and arranged delivery for the next day.”

“The towel rail I ordered arrived within two days and was well packaged. We missed the courier service used because they did not alert us as to what time they would be delivering so it was easier to go and collect it the next day. When I pointed this out they said they don’t usually bother letting the customer know, which was a waste of their time and mine. I had no problems with the store, just the postal method.”

“The towel radiator we ordered was delivered promptly, as described on the website and good value. However, the delivery company just left it outside our front door with no notification to us. We were just lucky our neighbour saw the parcel and took it in safely and it didn't go missing. Not the fault of Designer Bathroom Store but certainly something to be aware of.”

“I ordered the goods on monday and was notified by text message at 9 am the next morning to say it was being delivered in 15 minutes time, which was fine but I was not able to pick up the message until later so missed it. I contacted the company and they were more than happy to rearrange it for another day at my convenience, and they did deliver at the time they said they would. I would have preferred them to contact me first to arrange a convenient day and it would also save them having to make the journey twice for free, which by the way is great.”

“Ordering was simple, seemed to be kept up to date but not with date of delivery. I wasn't told until the morning of the delivery that they were coming and then it was delivered an hour earlier than was told but luckily I had got home early. Product looks top class though although we haven't fitted it yet.”
