It could be that you have done all you could? But the fact is you said it had been shipped and delivery date was Friday 31st August. I stayed in to receive it but it did not arrive. Nor did it arrive the next day Saturday 1st September. I have my plumber coming to fit it tomorrow....Monday 3rd September and I really hope it arrives in time???? Debbie

Purchased a stainless steel heated towel rail paying around 10% less for the item than other online suppliers. I received a helpful follow up email asking if I required some new valves with an offer to pick out some suitable options. When it came to (free) delivery, I was told which day this would be and given a delivery window. In summary, I was delighted with the price of the goods, the service received and the painless delivery. I would happily purchase from Designer Bathroom Store again.

The service provided was fantastic and fully recommend them. From speaking to Murray 4.50 Friday night he sent details of my request over the weekend. I placed the order Monday morning he sent my taps out next day priority delivery the remaining goods the day after. Fantastic customer service from start to end if I ever change my bathroom again definitely will revisit

Sadly I can only report my very poor experience of buying a curved towel radiator having been asked by the company several times for a review. The product supplied was not as shown on the web site and I was not told this before delivery - beware as I don't know how the Trades Description Act applies. The product came quickly and was undamaged. I contacted the company by email and have not had a reply. I tried to telephone the company but there was no reply. I hope you have a better experience.

Recently purchased a Reina Carpi Designer Towel Radiator to replace a rusty old one. The ordering process was slick, no problems. My only small gipe is: the company offers "Guest tracking" therefore thought I would be able to see when the actual delivery was being made. This is not the case, "Guest tracking" means : 1. Payment accepted. (29th July) 2. Processing in progress. (30th July) 3. Shipped. (31st July) The rad arrived the following day. The outer packakging had a few dents which is to be expected but the inner bubble wrap was fine, as was the chrome plated rad. Please note the following concern about the actual product: In my case, I did not want to disturb the central heating system at this time and only wanted to remove and replace this one rad. I shut off both valves on the old one, drilled a small hole on the bottom rail, (the water only drips out until you open the bleed valve at the top). Once the old rad was empty, I uncoupled it and removed it from the wall. All good. I then marked out the postion for the new rad which was the same width but taller, I drilled the tiled wall and fitted the new brackets. I removed the existing tails (which were perfect) and fitted them to the new rad. I have considerable plumbing experience and know how to apply PTFE tape properly. All looked good... Here's the mistake I made: I didn't check the alignment of the tail / valves. I continued with the installation and after a bit of fiddling around I filled the rad. No leaks ! However, the return valve looked slightly squint. It looked ok but I new it would annoy me. After a while I decided to drain and remove the rad to check I had threaded the tail properly. I quickly realized the thread on the return side of the new rad was indeed not perfectly straight. Rather than go through all the hassle of, repacking it, sending it back and possibly getting another one with the same fault, I refitted it. It's not perfect but is still a great looking and performing rad. So, please check the alignment of the thread before fitting.

You sent a sink to me in a bin liner and it consequently smashed on the delivery van. Not really a surprise, that one. I refused delivery and was given a full refund. I literally can't imagine a more inadequate level of service. Avoid!

The staff at Designer Bathroom Store could not have been more helpful. I needed to return some unwanted radiator valves; this was arranged with no fuss and they even sent someone over to collect them from my house the next day. I was concerned about a tiny ding on my radiator, but they reassured me that, in the unlikely event of this being an issue when it's fitted six weeks from now, they would take it back and replace it. I really can't see what more they could have done. Well done.
